The basic gap analysis covers only those QMS systems common to nearly all building companies. Many builders have departments and divisions within their company that go beyond the minimum system requirements. If your company includes in-house design, has a company Design Center, has an escrow department, a land development operation, and/or in-house mortgage financing, review these additional gap analysis files.
