This study identified innovative and alternative methods and materials used for site utility installations within residential developments as well as cost savings resulting from the use of these innovative installations. Builders and designers should use the information presented in this report as a guide for comparison with prevailing standards to evaluate areas of potential cost savings for site utility installations.
