- Monitor and test storm water effluent quality by obtaining samples on site and testing samples at a certified laboratory.
- Test results will be referenced against the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) storm water management testing criteria.
- Sampling methodology will follow that being used at the University of New Hampshire Center for Environmental Technology Evaluation and Verification. See Resources.
