• Prefinished drywall corners were not cost effective enough for the builder to switch to the new product.
• Tankless water heaters saved energy and provided continuous hot water supply during peak demand periods, which satisfied the occupants.
• The stained concrete floors were well received at the 2000 International Builders’ Show. However, the builder did not continue the option due to the high cost and lack of consumer interest.
