Significant Results: |
- Due to the ease of installation and cost savings, many of the technologies evaluated are now standard for the builder including FPSF, sprayed cellulose wall insulation, central plastic plumbing manifold, and PEX water supply piping system.
- The builder ultimately discontinued the use of fiber-cement siding, because of cost and some maintenance issues.
- AAVs were not permitted by local code officials.
