What is an RSS feed?
"RSS" is an acronym for "Really Simple Syndication," "RDF Site Summary," or
"Rich Site Summary". RSS feeds are free, and can include headlines, news,
events, recent excerpts from discussion forums, and links to more information
on the Web.
To start using RSS, you need software (a news reader or aggregator) to receive
the content feeds from the Web sites you select. There are Web-based and
desktop software options available, many of them are free. Google and Yahoo provide extensive lists of available options,
including Google
Reader and
My Yahoo with integrated RSS capabilities.
Subscribe to the ToolBase E-News RSS feed for daily
news about the home building industry.
Once you have set up your news reader, simply subscribe to the RSS content feeds
you want, including the new ToolBase E-News RSS feed. Copy
http://www.toolbase.org/feeds/enews.xml into your reader, or use the
links below to view or add the ToolBase RSS feed to popular Web-based readers.
