January 2001

Building #2 walls and floor framed with light-gauge steel. Placement of the joists went very quickly. Installation of the floor deck was similar to installation with wood framing with the exception of using screws rather than nails.

AAC block laid by four-man crew with no previous AAC experience. A heavy-duty drill with an extended bit and 3 ½-inch hole bore and a crosscut hand saw were used to core and cut the blocks.

December 2000

Framing continues on first three buildings.
