October, 2007: Mega Fun at the M.E.G Home

The October 27th event featured workshops, home tours, demonstrations and learning opportunities for builders of all ages! This family-friendly event focused on demonstrating how you can bring green building, solar systems, and energy efficiency into your home and projects, and not break the budget. The Maximum Efficiency Greenland (M.E.G.) is a model home that demonstrates high-performance features in action. Expert were on hand to talk about home design, and energy-saving, green technologies such as photovoltaic panels, tankless water heaters, and compact flourescent lighting.
