The Bob Ward Companies Ultra-Efficient Home was a Zero Energy Home (ZEH) project. Although the home does not boast 100 percent net-zero annual energy consumption, it was a significant step beyond the builder’s current ENERGY STAR® qualified home designs. Learn more about Zero Energy Homes:
