Summaries for each of the technologies that were used in the Bob Ward Companies' home are available below. These summaries were presented as posters during open houses and tours to demonstrate the various energy-efficient technologies used throughout the home. All are in Adobe PDF format.

The Bob Ward Companies Ultra-Efficient Home was a Zero Energy Home (ZEH) project. Although the home does not boast 100 percent net-zero annual energy consumption, it was a significant step beyond the builder’s current ENERGY STAR® qualified home designs. Learn more about Zero Energy Homes:
